Welcome to my website.  Choosing the right therapist can be a daunting task, especially during times of crisis and concern; the time  when most people are likely to be seeking professional help, and the time when guidance and reassurance are most needed.  Whether you were referred to me by another professional, friend or through an internet search, this website will help you learn more about my training, areas of expertise and approach to counseling, psychotherapy, creative arts therapy, and clinical training and supervision.   Even though an in person consultation is the most effective way to meet,  please browse through my website as a beginning introduction to what I offer.  Please contact me if you have additional questions or concerns which are not addressed here.  I look forward to hearing from you.
